Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains in simple terms which cookies and similar technologies Odora currently uses. The setup includes technical cookies for site functionality, privacy-friendly analytics, and an optional Google AdSense integration that stays disabled until you allow marketing cookies.
Effective date: April 1, 2026
Overview
Odora uses a limited set of browser-side technologies to handle login, sessions, site language, and, when needed, access to a private preview.
Vercel Web Analytics is active to read aggregate usage trends. Google AdSense is available as an optional advertising integration, but its script stays blocked until you explicitly allow marketing cookies.
Technical and necessary cookies
These cookies always remain active because they are required to provide user-requested features such as authentication, session continuity, language selection, and protection of restricted areas.
Supabase Auth / session (Supabase): keeps the account signed in, refreshes the session, and protects authenticated areas. Technical identifiers: sb-*-auth-token*.
Language preference (Odora / next-intl): remembers the selected language so the site stays consistent across pages and localized redirects. Technical identifier: NEXT_LOCALE.
Preview access (Odora): used only when private preview mode is active, to remember that protected access has been granted. Technical identifier: odora_preview_access.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, which pages are viewed and where the experience can be improved. This setup is not used for behavioral advertising, audience building, or remarketing.
Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel): provides aggregate measurements of traffic and site usage. The project does not include marketing or remarketing cookies tied to this tool.
Marketing and profiling cookies
Odora can load Google AdSense only after explicit marketing consent from the browser-side privacy controls. If you refuse or do not provide consent, the AdSense script does not run.
Google AdSense (Google): may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad serving and measurement only after consent. Odora also publishes the Google publisher declaration in /ads.txt.
Preferences and controls
In the site footer you can always find the Privacy preferences control, which summarizes active categories, lets you allow or block Google AdSense, and links to this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.
You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser. Keep in mind that blocking technical cookies may affect login, session continuity, language switching, or other essential site functions.
External links and retailers
When you leave Odora and visit a retailer or third-party site, that party's cookies and policies apply. Odora does not control cookies set by external sites after you click through.
This Cookie Policy reflects the technical setup reviewed on April 1, 2026.
